About Sugar

Sugar is a Solana-native platform for creating and trading new tokens with a built-in path from launch to secondary-market liquidity. It’s designed for three audiences: token creators, everyday traders, and brands or opinion leaders who want to launch a coin with clear rules and tooling. Sugar calls itself an infrastructure layer for token creation on Solana and focuses on making coin launching and early trading more predictable for participants.

At the core of Sugar is a “create → trade on a bonding curve → migrate to a DEX” lifecycle. New coins are launched directly on Sugar, initially trade against a bonding-curve pool with a fixed capacity, and—once that curve fills—graduate to a standard AMM pool on an external DEX (Raydium). The migration step is rules-based and documented, so creators and traders know what will happen as liquidity grows.

Another distinctive element is pSOL, a protocol-minted asset Sugar uses to “save” part of users’ SOL during buys and sells. Instead of spending 100% SOL into a coin on the bonding curve, a portion is converted to pSOL and returned when selling or used during migration. The intent is to preserve some value through the early stage of a coin’s lifecycle.

Sugar also layers incentives on top of trading: points, lotteries (“giveaways”), leagues (competitions), and creator-focused rewards. These programs, along with a referral system, aim to reward activity transparently and are operated under published rules that Sugar can update over time.

How to get started

Getting started takes a few minutes if you already have a Solana wallet.

1

Visit Sugar and connect a Solana wallet

2 minutes
Easy

Open Sugar and click Connect wallet. Use a compatible Solana wallet and confirm the connection prompt. (Sugar provides the interface; your wallet signs transactions.)

2

Fund your wallet with SOL

2 minutes
Easy

Keep some SOL for buys and for network fees.

3

Choose your path—create or trade

2 minutes
Easy
  • Create a coin: Use Create coin to launch. The token starts on Sugar’s bonding curve with fixed capacity.

  • Trade a coin: Discover coins in Sugar and trade on the curve. Part of your SOL may convert to pSOL automatically per the protocol.

4

Track migration

2 minutes
Easy

Keep an eye on whether the curve is nearing its SOL capacity or coin-supply limit. Once filled, the coin migrates to Raydium with documented formulas (SOL and pSOL cases differ).

5

Engage with rewards

2 minutes
Easy

Claim or track points, leagues, giveaways, and referrals directly in the interface to make sure your activity is counted under current rules.

Pro Tips

Tip 1

Before buying, skim the coin’s migration status on Sugar so you know how close it is to graduating off the curve.

Tip 2

Learn how pSOL works; part of your SOL may be converted and later returned or used in migration. Understanding this reduces surprises during sells or graduation.

Tip 3

If you’re a creator, read how creator rewards are funded from protocol fees and tracked over time.

Tip 4

Activate and share your referral link if you’re building a community around your launches or research. Rewards are tied to referred users’ activity for a defined period.

Tip 5

Check giveaways, points, and leagues to see how your regular trading can qualify for extra tickets or points. Rules can change, so rely on the in-app notices.

pSOL is a protocol-minted asset Sugar uses to “save” part of your SOL when you buy and sell on the curve. It’s returned on sells and is factored into the migration math when a coin graduates to Raydium. The design aims to preserve value during the early stage of a coin’s life.

After the bonding-curve capacity is reached—87.713 SOL and 780,000,000 tokens sold—Sugar triggers migration to Raydium. The post-migration pool is computed using formulas published by Sugar.

Sugar runs points, giveaways (ticket lotteries), leagues/competitions, and creator rewards (funded from protocol fees). Sugar also indicates that value may be distributed among SOL or pSOL holders and creators, with the right to change reward tokens and distributions. Always check the live interface for current parameters.

Trading on Sugar incurs a 0.9% fee. Solana network fees also apply. Fees are surfaced in the interface at the time of use.
